Platinum Membership
$109/month includes:
- Unlimited in-person & live virtual classes/month
- Access to our members-only Workouts & Wellness Hub, where you'll find a variety of recorded workouts led by the FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs instructor team
- Access to Our Village, our private members-only Facebook group where moms connect, get exclusive program sale info, stay up-to-date on classes & other members-only activities
- Invites to Our Village Activities such as play dates, Mom's Night Out events, Family Outings, contests and more
- $99 one-time sign-up fee for all new members required (monthly promotion discounts can be applied and vary)
Gold Membership
$89/month includes:
