Class Schedule

We offer a variety of prenatal and postnatal fitness classes each week. Moms at every stage of motherhood, from pregnancy to empty nest, are welcome.

NOTE: Class schedule is subject to change. Please check the daily schedule above for possible changes.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

Fit4Baby - Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.

Stroller Strides - Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required but suggested); water, snacks for kiddos, and a yoga mat or towel. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended for outdoor classes (May - Oct.).

Stroller Barre - Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, snacks for kiddos, and a yoga mat or towel. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended for outdoor classes (May - Oct.).

Body Back - Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.

Run Club - Please bring water, sunscreen and bug spray. Strollers are welcome and must be a jogger stroller as designated by the manufacturer.

All classes require workout attire and footwear
