FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs Hybrid Class Schedule
Take classes with us from home and/or in-person! Now you can enjoy a variety of prenatal and postnatal fitness classes in-person outdoors and/or live in real time on Zoom. We offer classes throughout the day and in the evening to accommodate moms' ever changing schedules! Moms at every stage of motherhood, from pregnancy to empty nest, are welcome.

Virtual Playdates, Activities & Moms' Night In are included with all memberships, passes and punch card, and are hosted in real time virtually by FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs Instructors and Playgroup Captains
NOTE: Class schedule is subject to change. Please check the schedule weekly for possible changes.
WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
Fit4Baby - Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.
Stroller Strides - Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required but suggested); water, snacks for kiddos, and a yoga mat or towel. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended for outdoor classes (May - Oct.).
Stroller Barre - Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, snacks for kiddos, and a yoga mat or towel. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended for outdoor classes (May - Oct.).
Body Boost/Body Well- Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.
Run Club+ - Please bring water, sunscreen and bug spray. Strollers are welcome and must be a jogger stroller as designated by the manufacturer.
