FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Prenatal Fitness Classes

Prenatal Fitness

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Fitness

Our Stroller Fitness classes include Stroller Strides®, Stroller Barre ® & Strides 360®. Each class is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

Fitness Program for Moms

Mom-Only Fitness

We have a variety of mom-only classes & programs, from strength-based workouts and HIIT classes, to an 8-week wellness program and a run club. Each class and program is designed to encourage and empower you, focusing on your physical and mental well-being. This is your time for you, mama!
