Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Body Back® Transformation is a 5-week or 8-week results based journey. At FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs, we help you focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge and empower you. With nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support; this journey will reconnect you to your inner strength.

Where can we find you working out? 💜You can ALWAYS find me taking classes in Barrington (Wednesday’s, Friday’s & Saturday’s). I sometimes go to Elgin (Monday’s) and Algonquin (Tuesday’s) too. I only hit up Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre, because I always have Austin. What is your favorite thing about Fit4Mom? 💜My favorite thing about Fit4Mom is all the Moms & Kiddos. Without them, we wouldn’t have friends here in Chicago. What is your favorite type of play date? 💜My favorite play date is at the park / splash pad, because Austin and I love playing outdoors and it’s free.
