Whole Lotta Green Salad

We're going green with a fresh salad that's giving shamrock vibes. This crisp flavorful salad is from our 8-week Body Well program and is so good you'll crave it every week.

Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped and pre-cooked (We like steamed asparagus)
  • 1/2 cup edamame, pre-cooked
  • 1/2 cup grain of your choice (We like quinoa for this salad)
  • 2 TBSP salad dressing of your choice (We like a Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette)
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve
