INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup green peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped and pre-cooked (We like steamed asparagus)
- 1/2 cup edamame, pre-cooked
- 1/2 cup grain of your choice (We like quinoa for this salad)
- 2 TBSP salad dressing of your choice (We like a Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

- Mix all ingredients and serve
