What to bring to your first stroller fitness class

Starting something new, especially with a baby, can feel like a lot. We get it… and we’ve created our stroller fitness classes to be welcoming, supportive, and low-pressure. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just showing up is the biggest step.

To help you feel prepared and confident for your first class, here’s what you'll want to bring for yourself and your little one so you can focus on yourself, your workout, and connecting with other moms.

What to Bring to Your First FIT4MOM Stroller Fitness Class:

  • Your stroller (and your kiddo, of course!)

Any stroller works—jogger or everyday stroller. Your little one can relax, snack, or even nap while you move.

  • Water bottle

Staying hydrated is key, especially if you're returning to fitness postpartum.

  • Snacks for you and your child

A quick snack can go a long way in keeping everyone happy and energized.

  • A blanket or towel

Great for your child to sit on during certain parts of class or for added comfort.

  • Diaper bag essentials

Diapers, wipes, a change of clothes—anything you might need to keep your little one comfortable.

  • Comfortable workout clothes & supportive shoes

Wear something you feel good in—no pressure, just move your body.

  • Sunscreen / hat (weather dependent)

Many classes are held outdoors, so come prepared for the elements.

  • Toys or books for your little one

Something familiar can help keep them entertained during class.

  • An open mind

Every class, and every stage of motherhood, looks different. Give yourself grace and enjoy the experience.

Remember, there’s no “perfect” way to show up. Whether your baby fusses, you take breaks, or you modify movements, it’s all part of the journey. We’re just so glad you’re here, and we can’t wait to meet you. Book your first class here—it's free.
