Taste the rainbow with these delicious and refreshing fruit kabobs. The peach dip is like a little pot of gold too! We love this recipe from our Body Well wellness program.
FRUIT KABOBS & PEACH DIP (makes 8 servings)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 kiwis
- 2 bananas
- 2 grapefruits
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup plain yogurt of your choice
- 2 peaches
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint
DIRECTIONS
- Chop the fruits to bite-size pieces & skewer 6-8 pieces per kabob.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the peaches, yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and mint. Blend until smooth.
