Fresh Salsa

Chips and salsa are fan favorites. This homemade fresh salsa is fast, delicious and made from fresh simple ingredients (and from our Body Well program). It's gonna be your new go-to for all those warm-weather get-togethers!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and stir to mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week.
