BODY WELL™ is a journey focused on improving your physical and mental well-being through group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better.
The 8 week program has an option for every schedule. It includes 2 high-intensity interval Body Boost workouts (HIIT) per week led in real-time by your FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs instructor plus pre-recorded FIT4MOM workouts, all designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. You'll also get you personalized nutrition coaching, a wellness guide filled with recipes, wellness tips and articles, accountability, before/after fitness assessments, motivation and support from other women like you and much much more!

Our 8-week New Year, New You BODY WELL™ Sessions start week of January 10, 2022
- Sessions start the week of 1/10
- Session runs for 8 weeks
- Sessions include twice-a-week Body Boost workouts. Virtual sessions are held live in real time via Zoom video conference. Hybrid sessions include one weekly in-person outdoor workout and one weekly live workout via Zoom video conference.
- Sessions are led by a FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs instructor
- You must be at least 6 months post postpartum
- You cannot cancel, transfer or receive a refund for your Body Well session once you have paid
- No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for missed classes. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Body Well classes are not recorded
