Prenatal Fitness: FIT4BABY®

Prenatal FIT4BABY® is a total body workout designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. Instead focusing on what you can’t you can’t do, this program empowers you with all that you CAN do safely during pregnancy. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Our Prenatal FIT4BABY Pass includes:

  • Workouts twice a week
  • Access to The Bump Center, our prenatal info and resources hub with recipes, articles, tips + more!
  • The Bump Journal, a prenatal journal to track your wellness journey each week
  • Personalized coaching and tips from our certified prenatal fitness instructors
  • Connection to other expecting moms

We train and certify our FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy.
