BODY WELL™

Body Well™ is about the journey -- about taking a few weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul whether you're 6 months postpartum or 16 years postpartum.

In this program, you will join Our Village; a community of local moms to give each other support and encouragement. Beyond the workout portion of Body Well, you will also get access to educational resources that will help you manage stress (cuz mom-life is stressful), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (a full nutrition guide + recipes).

Your FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs Body Well team will guide and motivate you throughout every step of your 5 or 8-week Body Well journey. You can also expect personalized nutrition coaching, online and offline accountability, before/after fitness assessments, encouragement and more!

Our 8-week Body Well Sessions start the week of January 11. Sessions are 100% VIRTUAL.

Join the time slot that works best for you!

  • Virtual Only -- Mondays/Wednesdays 7:45 p.m.
  • Virtual Only -- Tuesdays/Thursdays 6 a.m.
  • Virtual Only -- Wednesdays 7:30 p.m./Saturdays 7:30 a.m.

***Must be at least 6 months postpartum. You cannot cancel, transfer or receive a refund for your 8-week or 5-week Body Well session once you have paid. No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for missed classes. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
