Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.
Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy.
