We've heard every worry
We understand you might be nervous to try classes. It's ok. You're allowed to be nervous and have questions. Here are some honest answers.
"What if my baby cries during stroller class?"
Babies cry in class sometimes and it's ok. Instructors and moms help. Nobody judges. Your baby is welcome at our stroller classes.
"What if I haven't worked out in a while?"
Most of us hadn't either before trying our first class. Everyone comes in at different fitness levels. Instructors give modifications for every exercise. You'll never be left behind or made to feel behind.
"What if everyone knows each other?"
Every mom at class had a Day 1. We know that first class can be scary, but good news -- it only happens once. We promise you'll be welcomed by every mom in class and walk out feeling seen.
"What if it costs too much to become a member?"
Come for free first. No pitch, no pressure. You decide if it's right for you and we'll always be honest about the cost of our memberships.
